Lose weight vegetarian with chickpea curry
Chickpea curry, for example, is particularly good for a diet plan that is supposed to be vegetarian. For 2 servings you will need:
30 grams of ginger
1 small chili pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 tablespoon Madras curry
400 milliliters of vegetable broth
1 can of chickpeas
1 tablespoon hot mustard
some Biobin (vegetable binding agent)
150 grams of yogurt
150 grams of grapes
½ bunch of chives
Finely chop the ginger, chili and garlic and sauté everything together briefly in a little hot oil. Now add the curry and deglaze the spices with vegetable stock.
Then the sliced carrots, the drained chickpeas and the mustard also go into the pot, where you let the ingredients cook for about 15 minutes.
Now add Biobin until you get a creamy consistency and mix in the yoghurt and grapes. Garnish with chives and your delicious diet recipe is ready – vegetarian and healthy.
